All students enrolled in a concert band course at Blue Valley West combine to form the Red and Silver Brigade, our marching band. All students need to be sized and fitted for their uniform. This will take place on Saturday, August 7, between 9am and 3pm in the Blue Valley West band room. If you have any questions regarding your assigned fitting time, please email email@example.com right away. It is important to follow our schedule closely to make the process go smoothly and ensure everyone is fitted into the appropriate sized uniform. Please know that we will have only one make-up day for fittings, and we will be limited on volunteers and time for that date -- so make every effort to be fitted on August 7.
Students will also be able to try on other required uniform items including marching shoes and gloves. Returning members may order replacement shoes and/or gloves as needed.
**Please Note** It is important that students wear a snug-fitting modesty layer (compression shirt, camisole, biker shorts, etc.) to the fitting to allow for quick changes in and out of the uniform components while in the band room. Private changing areas are not available.
