ABout the West PERCUSSION Fest

The Blue Valley West Percussion Festival is an annual event that provides area percussion ensembles an opportunity to perform and receive an educational clinic from our guest artist. This event is ideal for ensembles preparing for the KSHSAA Solo and Ensemble Festivals and for those that just want to grow musically.  

Date: Friday, April 1, 2022.

Time: Performances run from 4 until 8 PM.

Fomat: Each ensemble receives 25 minutes on stage in our beautiful Performing Arts Center to include a performance and clinic with our guest artist.  

Cost: Registration is $75 per ensemble, and then $25 for each additional ensemble from the same school. Checks may be made payable to the Blue Valley West Band Boosters. An invoice will be sent to each registered school. 

Covid Mitigation: We recognize that mitigation protocols vary widely from district to district. We will follow any requirements in force at the time of our festival, and we will take any extra steps necessary to ensure you and your students have a safe and comfortable festival experience.

Registration: Registrations will be accepted from now until March 8, 2022.
